Musk has a current net worth of $250.7B. But he's trying to slither, squirm, and snivel his way out of the Twitter deal because he doesn't have the cash to cover the $44B negotiated, and he's going to have to sell that $44B of Tesla stock at a 25% reduction in value since March.
Is he a comparable sociopathic grifter to Trump? Only because he has so much wealth. Trump made whatever comparably small time money he has by weaponizing our legal systems to rip off and bankrupt sub contractors, architects, piano dealers, and catering companies.
Before I went back to grad school to finish my social work degree, I was in the plastic container distributing business. Mostly in the automotive industry.
